Eni Rotra MP DB 85W-90

Eni Rotra MP DB 85W-90 is a gear lubricant with special EP (Extreme Pressure) characteristics. It is suitable for use in highly loaded torques, including hypoids, subject to dynamic loads and in particular for use in differentials.

• The particularly demanding EP characteristics give the product the ability to protect the contact surfaces even under exceptionally heavy load and sliding conditions. • The anti-wear properties and strong greasiness considerably help to reduce the wear of gears and bearings. • The particular oxidation stability avoids oil deterioration in parts operating at high temperature and effectively counteracts the tendency to increase viscosity and sludge formation. • It is not corrosive to steel, copper, and all other metals and alloys so it contributes in maintaining the lubricated parts in good efficient conditions. • The strong anti-rust properties protect the gears and supports even in the presence of moisture. • The strong anti-foam additivation conferred on the lubricant eliminates the negative consequences that excessive formation of foam would cause with regard to the continuity of the lubricant film. • Eni Rotra MP DB 85W-90 is suitable for use in those applications for which manufacturer Daimler Truck requires the DTFR 12B100 performance claim.
